My grandma, who only speaks Chinese, came here to get her dentures made but was treated with an irritated and dismissive attitude by the staff. The dentures took many appointments to finalize, and when my grandma started to use them they were painful and overly large. The doctor also spoke chinese to her and dismissed her concerns and just told her to keep wearing them and she will adjust. Those dentures remain unusable to this day and we had to go to a different clinic to get new ones, in which that dentist also noted that these dentures were overly big and tall for my grandma's mouth. I am very disappointed in the service here and felt that we wasted a lot of time and money on a product that is unusable. At this point, we just want a refund.

Terrible. Don’t go here. I regret it. I wish I did another location that actually cares. I feel like my concerns were dismissed. The actually reason I went to get the alignments with dr Wong wasn’t addresses and they basically just shrugged it off. Negative negative.

Went here for cleanings and they were alright. Gets the job done. Then, during my recent cleaning, Dr. Grant kept asking me over if he could file down my healthy teeth even though I said no. I told him, “No, I prefer having my natural teeth.” His attitude and demeanor changed from nice to cold when I told him that I'm seeing a specialist, and he stopped asking me then. He also didn't go over my dental record, didn't ask me about my dental history, and whenever I brought it up, he was quick to dismiss it and didn't seem interested in knowing at all. And Dr. Grant would tell me in a disappointed tone, “Well, you don't have any cavities.” And he recommended that I should get fillings in the future, as if he's encouraging me to not practice healthy dental hygiene habits. I am suspicious if he has done anything harmful to my teeth in the past. Any dentist that tries to shave/file down healthy teeth is a red flag to me. Avoid this dentist if you can. Has pushy salesman tactics and lack of transparency. Doesn't care about patient history. Tries to push unnecessary cosmetic treatments instead of focusing on dental health and hygiene. Cares only about money.

Just visited here today. The staff is very helpful. Dr. Wong was very thorough and helpful in educating me on good oral hygiene that fit my issues. I don't have much experience going to dentists so this is going to be very helpful for my overall oral health in the future.

This is a great dental office! The staff is really helpful and Dr. Wong is outstanding! He explains a lot about how to take care of your mouth, is really friendly and knows his stuff. I have been very impressed!
